Post-Workout Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Makes 1 : 300 calories, 16g protein, 12g fat, 38g carbs

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • ½ cup unsweetened plain almond milk

  • ½ cup raw spinach

  • ½ Tbsp ground flax 

  •  1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides, unflavored

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 

  2. Pulse until well blended. Add ice if you like it more frozen, or water if you like it thinner.

  3. Can be kept in the refrigerator or freezer for 1 day.
