5 Healthy Lunches

Need easy, healthy lunch ideas this week? I’ve been asked to post this again to make your lives easier! 🥰🙌🏻

 

No excuses, my loves! 🤗 Make these lunches for you and your family, and feel good all week!


1. Hummus Pita - Put hummus, red pepper slices, spinach, and sunflower seeds in pita. Add a side of carrot sticks and berries.

 

2. Leftover Wrap - Place lean beef, chicken, or beans leftover from dinner in whole grain tortilla or wrap. Add avocado, spinach, and fresh mango or salsa. Serve with broccoli trees and an apple.

 

3. Nut Butter Sammie- Spread nut butter (peanut butter is my fav) and honey on whole-grain bread. Serve with celery sticks and strawberries.

 

4. VP - Mix cooked quinoa with sautéed vegetables leftover from dinner (red and yellow peppers, and onion are yum together); cubes of tofu, chicken or fish; and sprinkle with feta cheese. Serve with oranges.

 

5. Salad - Mix spinach, green leaf, and/or kale with broccoli, tomatoes, peppers, avocado, walnuts, and tuna or salmon or chunks of tofu or chicken. Top with fresh fruit - or serve on the side. If dressing, drizzle on olive oil and a balsamic reduction.
